DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated insurance agent with an entrepreneurial spirit to identify and convert sales leads for insurance policies while overseeing a robust portfolio of clients.
The successful candidate will have served in a related insurance industry role in which he or she cultivated a pool of prospective clients through referrals, networking, cold calls, marketing initiatives, and other proactive sales strategies.

If this sounds like you, apply today!ResponsibilitiesoDevote an unprecedented level of personal attention when implementing a range of effective sales strategies proven to maintain and grow long-term customer baseoStay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, and monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfactionoKeep bookkeeping systems, sales databases, customer records, and related organizational tools current to accurately report progress to monthly and quarterly sales quotas to stakeholdersoSet meetings with new and potential clients to listen to their needs, taking into account their financial statuses and stage-of-life priorities, and present insurance plan options tailored to their individual circumstancesoWork with policyholders to develop and deliver risk management strategies that fit their individual profilesQualificationsoFluency in Spanish, Vietnamese, and/or Chinese is preferred but not requiredoCandidates must have an insurance licenseoHigh school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferredoWorking knowledge of the insurance industry, insurance products risk management profiles, and related state and federal regulationsoExcellent communication, customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills are necessaryoSome computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Office is required Recommended Skills Accounting Analytical Claim Processing Coaching And Mentoring Communication Customer Service Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
